Join us as we explore physical and emotional practices that will give you the tools you need to prepare for a positive birth. Each lesson will guide you through breath work, postures and hypnobirthing techniques, all are designed to support you throughout your pregnancy, labour and early weeks of motherhood. This course is designed to release tension, fear and worry. Expect to feel empowered, rested and ready to embark on your greatest adventure yet.
These classes are suitable for all trimesters as well as students completely new to Yoga.
About the facilitator:
As well as being an experienced Yoga teacher and facilitatior Zara is a fully qualified HypnoBirthing Practitioner (certified in the Mongan Method). She has one child and is also pregnant with her second baby.
