Pregnancy is such a precious time. A brief 9 months to be cherished as you admire your body with wonderment.
Our 6 week Prenatal Series offers you the time and space to be present with this unfolding journey. It also gives you the tools you need to prepare for birth and the early weeks of motherhood.
Join us as we explore physical and emotional practices that will guide you through breath work, postures and hypnobirthing techniques. This course is designed to release tension, fear and worry. Expect to feel empowered, rested and ready to embark on your greatest adventure.
These classes are suitable for all trimesters as well as students completely new to Yoga.
