Pregnancy Specific Courses

Pregnancy is such a precious time. A brief 9 months to be cherished as you admire your body with wonderment.

Our 6 week Prenatal Series offers you the time and space to be present with this unfolding journey.

Join us as we explore physical and emotional practices that will give you the tools you need to release tension, fear and worry and prepare you for a positive birth experience. Each lesson will guide you through breath work, postures and hypnobirthing techniques. Classes are carefully crafted to support you throughout your pregnancy,  labour and early weeks of motherhood.  Expect to feel empowered, rested and ready to embark on your greatest adventure yet.

These classes are suitable for all trimesters as well as students completely new to Yoga.

About the facilitator:

As well as being an experienced Yoga teacher and facilitatior Zara is a fully qualified HypnoBirthing Practitioner (certified in the Mongan Method). She has one child and is also pregnant with her second baby.

This option is perfect for mums-to-be who want the flexibility of being able to practice at home during their leisure time or who are unable to attend classes in studio.

Classes are delivered via our streaming platform 'Namastream' and can be repeated as many times as you wish during your access period of three months.
