Join us in our beautiful light, bright central studio, in the heart of New Plymouth.

 

We teach over 21 classes each week, including Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes, as well as Beginners and Pre-Natal Yoga courses.

 

Our style of teaching is centered around functional movement, mindfulness and deep relaxation. We also utilise trigger point therapy and myofascial release within our classes to enhance the practice of Yoga.
As a faculty of teachers it is our goal to consistently inspire conscious living through magical experiences.
