We recommend booking ahead for our classes.

Sessions are often busy, booking ahead secures your space and allows one of our team members to lay a mat for you prior to your arrival. You can rest assured that once you arrive it is a smooth transition from a busy day into your yoga time.

 

We have a two hour cancellation window, before which you will not be charged for your class.

You can cancel your booking online or through the MINDBODY mobile app.

If you cancel within the 2 hour window or fail to show up for your booking, you will be charged as having attended.

 

Please note with all online purchases there is a 24 hour lag between your purchase and funds being withdrawn from your account.

Our online merchant provider 'Ezidebit' does not yet have real time processing. If funds are not available at the time the withdrawal is made you will be charged a $15 penalty charge called a dishonour fee.

Unfortunately this fee is not received by The Wellness Project and will not be refunded. Please check your account prior to making any purchases.

  • BLOKES YOGA SERIES STARTS NEXT THURSDAY🧘‍♂️

Our six week course, just for guys.

Upcoming series begins Thursday the 28th of February, 7.15pm - 8.30pm with Lisa Cox.
.
This practice is suitable for any level, whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned student. Cover the foundations of Vinyasa (flowing) yoga and then progress your practice over six weeks.
.
Each class is 75 minutes long and includes a full body series of strength based flow, hip openers, hamstring lengtheners, shoulder flossing, chest stretches and myofascial release. Enjoy the ultimate combination movement, breath, mindfulness and relaxation. .
Grab a mate or come solo and maybe make a mate! .
Thursdays 7.15pm-8.30pm 
Investment $99 for 6 weeks.
Classes are non-transferrable.

Erica also joined our teaching team late last year, and as an experienced Physiotherapist she brings a strong focus on alignment, safety and therapeutics to her classes. 
We love that she holds space for clear intention setting and supports our students on both their physical and emotional journey.

  • Have you met gorgeous Grace? ✨

Grace Baylis joined our team late last year and we absolutely love her soft voice and strong practice. 
Grace is a registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher and teaches throughout the week with us here at the studio. She has a particular interest in the fascial system and is a yoga philosophy super star!
